Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage (also called, 'Thai Massage' and 'Nuad Phaen Boran') alleviates pain and dysfunction through the skillful manipulation of the muscles, restoring balance to overworked or injured tissues. Best for addressing specific ailments and conditions such as back, neck and joint pain, stiffness or impaired range of motion, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, digestive disorders, numbness and menstrual discomfort.
Each session is highly unique. Expect a fusion of different techniques and modalities including: light passive stretching, reflexology, acupressure, myofascial release, reiki, meditation, and aromatherapy. This 'Lazy Man's Yoga' is very therapeutic for opening and transforming the body, mind, and spirit into a place of relaxation and peace.
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is experienced on a futon-like mat on the floor to accommodate its dynamic nature, and recipients remain fully clothed in comfortable clothing. Thai Yoga Massage on a western massage table, is also available upon request.
