A breath + sound healing experience for getting out of your head and into your heart + soul!  This class is designed for caregivers and wellness professionals, but is open for everyone.  4 hours of CE in self-care (NCBTMB).


Breathwork is a powerful technique that uses the breath to purge the body of pent-up stress, anxiety and emotional blockages. It helps us feel less stress, more ease and significantly lighter in mind, body + spirit. 


Breathwork is a fast and effective way to change habitual narratives in our minds, addiction, cycles of depression, trauma, and the mindset of settling for things in life that aren't quite right. 


By encouraging dormant parts of our brains to awaken and connect (neural plasticity), this practice invites a major change in perspective and a greater sense of connection to our intuition and our experiences.  


Rob is a Certified Breathwork Healer and lover of sound + music. Breathwork has changed his life and countless others', and he's excited to share it with you in the hope that it may uncover new opportunities for growth, love and joy, and allow you to understand and release the things that are holding you back.
