What to Expect

Plant Medicine Healing Sessions begin with a conversation over a cup of tea about your current state of being: physical, mental and emotional. From there, you will lay down fully clothed on a massage table for an integrative healing experience that includes: guided breathing meditation, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and the application of organic therapeutic essential oils. Our goal is to promote detoxification, to open and balance the chakras, and to calm the nervous system, all creating a deep sense of rejuvenation and putting you into a state of being in which your body can begin its innate natural healing processes. You will arise feeling grounded, uplifted and renewed.

Using her keen sensitivities, Emily will also be taking in information like your pulse, breathing patterns, and energy blocks or constrictions in order to offer you a truly holistic assessment of what plants and supportive therapies will continue to nurture you back into balance.

A custom tea, containing plant allies intuitively selected just for you, will be blended for you to take home. Our session concludes with guidance and encouragement around your optimal holistic self-care.
