Gather round all ye yogis and tea-lovers! Nothing quite says yummy, comfort and healthy like a steamy mug of chai (especially in November)!

In this fun and informative class, we will officially dork out on tea talk.

We'll begin by making (and sipping) a classic Masala Chai to demonstrate the fundamentals of how to craft a solid well-rounded brew.

From there, we'll adventure into the world of red chai, golden chai, and herbal chai blends - oh my! We'll talk about, taste and explore specific ingredients, including those that can boost immunity, restore adrenal function, or address other specific health concerns. Your favorite chai can become your favorite nourishing tonic for deep health and healing.

Come ready to sip and nibble. This is gonna be a tasty class!

All welcome. There’s goodness here for beginners, advanced herbal students and those in between.

About Emily
Emily Lindenmuth, MA, LMBT, Herbalist

I love fusing the science with the sacred, the analytical with the whimsical, the left brain with the right. Come learn the nitty gritty (the hows and whys) of plant medicine and then surrender into the unspoken wisdom of taste, touch and intuition.

I love local wild plants as well as the gems growing in other parts of this big beautiful world, so expect a well-rounded mix.

Making your own medicine is a deeply enriching and empowering experience, one that has been crucial in my own journey of healing. My intention is quite simply to share the beauty and wisdom of this knowledge in hopes that in may help you better nourish yourself and connect more deeply with the earth.
